2. Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on LACEUP.

3. Products and Orders

3.1 Product Information

We strive to display accurate product information, including prices, descriptions, images, and availability. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free, complete, or current.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

3.3 Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • JazzCash
  • EasyPaisa
  • Bank Transfer
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to addresses within Pakistan
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and availability
  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

You may return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items worn, washed, or altered from original condition
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Gift cards

6.3 Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the LACEUP website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of LACEUP and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
  • Use automated systems to access our website without permission
  • Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our services
  • Resell products purchased from LACEUP without authorization

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • LACEUP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question
  • We are not responsible for damages caused by improper use, modification, or storage of products

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LACEUP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
